RETURN POLICY

Domestic orders may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Domestic returns for refund will not receive their delivery and when been return would be subject to an additional delivery fee when returning back to our warehouse, which will be deducted from your refund.


Gift cards are non-refundable

Please review our FAQs and Terms & Conditions before making a purchase. Once an order is placed, refunds will not be issued if the customer expects the products within a specific timeframe that is not within our express time frame, which is 2-3 working days and our standard processing period of 5-7 working days.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card , you will only not be eligible for refunds only exchanges of the product purchased.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked on Sale cannot be returned or refunded .

Products purchased with a discount code cannot be returned or refunded .

Outside Accra and International orders are non-refundable.
